Have you ever thought about how nice it would be to have someone else plan, host, run, and clean up your child’s birthday party? Making it possible for you to actually enjoy the day with your family and friends....giving you the freedom to be a part of the fun, to take pictures of everything going on and enjoy the company of your guests...

Dancers Workshop is making that possible with “Birthdays @ The Workshop”! There are two affordable packages to choose from that will cover all your party needs.

Here’s how it works!

Once you decide that you would like to have a party at “The Workshop”; the first thing you will need to do is discuss a date with the birthday coordinator! Once the date and time is settled, it’s time to pick a theme. You may already have a theme in mind, or could be looking for suggestions. All you would need to do is let the coordinator know what your child’s interests and hobbies are. After that, our coordinator will take the time to research ideas for your party. Most parties will always include an activity to do while everyone is arriving, a craft related to the theme, one or more games related to the theme, cake/food time, opening presents time (optional), and ending with party favors!

With our Basic Party Package your coordinator will research your party and present ideas for all the activities. Once the two of you have settled on the theme and activities; your coordinator with provide you a supply list and ideas on where to get it all. All you need to do is show up with the stuff and sit back and relax. The coordinator will then get everything set up, run the party, and clean the party up.

The package includes:
• two hours of studio time plus thirty minutes to set up
• Detailed planning and organizing of the party
• The supply list for the party (We provide table covers, plates, forks, and napkins) There is a refrigerator to put drinks and food.
• The coordinator to run the entire party
• And the clean up of your party!

Our Deluxe packages takes it a step further. This package is $225 plus $10 per child
attending. The Deluxe package includes everything in the basic package plus all the supplies for activities, crafts, decorations, and party favors. You will need to bring the cake/food and that is it!!!

Basic Package - $225 * Deluxe Package $225 + $10/child

Both require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your date, and a non-refundable $50 deposit to receive your party details. The balance is due 2 weeks before your party.

Example of Birthday Parties at the Workshop!

Rubber Ducky Party! First Birthday!
First we provide some cute ideas for invitations for your rubber ducky party including ones you could buy or make, and ways to word the invites, like "Splish, Splash! Rubber ducky and friends are having a bash!" And then on the other side "(baby's name) is turning one! And if you come that will make the party lots of fun! So waddle on over, (date and time), to (the address). And don't forget to give us a quick RSVQuack (phone number)."

The actual Party-
As the kids arrive there is a place set up for them to make their very own rubber ducky’s out of homemade play dough. (We supplied the recipe for some yellow and orange play dough, plus googly eyes to add) After everyone has arrived and made their rubber duckies we move over to another station where there are supplies to make ducky hats (yellow visors, beaks, eyes, and feathers to glue on) When we are done making the duck hats everyone puts them on and we take a group photo. Then we’ll play freeze dance to the rubber ducky song with our ducky hats on! After that we’ll do cake/food (we’ll provide ideas for “ducky themed” cakes and food!) When everyone is finished with cake/food, we’ll line up for a game of pin the beak on the ducky! Everyone wins at our parties, so we’ll then pass out the party favors! (idea- a white pail with a wash cloth hanging over the side and a rubber ducky and some bubble bath inside! Don’t forget the guest will also get the play dough ducky and the ducky hat they made! All favors, supplies for activities and decorations would be under $100 for up to 24 kids!)

This will be a Ducky birthday they will never forget!
