I want to say thank you to Dawn and all of the teachers and staff. I danced at Dancers Workshop from 1979 – 1990. When it came time for my daughter to start dance I knew exactly where I wanted her to be. She started at DW when she was 4 (2010) and now says she is going to be a dance teacher when she grows up. DW was my home-away-from-home growing up. Audrey’s closest friends are the girls she has dance with the last 6 years and the studio is quickly becoming her favorite place on earth. Thank you for all you do that we never see. Thank you for the hours you spend preparing for class, picking costumes, and choreographing dances. Thank you for all the “back-office” stuff that allows dancers to find their love and passion for dance. Most of all, thank you for being examples to hundreds of children each year – they will never forget you!
