Creative Culture Dance Company (CCDC) is Dancers Workshop’s pre-professional training program for dancers ready to pursue their craft at a high level. Designed for serious, committed artists, CCDC blends rigorous technical training with a strong emphasis on performance, artistry, and personal growth. Dancers train and compete throughout the season, attending multiple competitions and conventions where industry professionals and directors evaluate them, alongside their own self-reflection. We use these experiences as tools to refine technique, deepen artistry, and build confident, versatile performers.

CCDC is built for dancers who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to excel both individually and as part of a team. Company members are expected to uphold a high standard of commitment, accountability, and respect, often prioritizing their training and team responsibilities above other activities. In addition to competitions and conventions, dancers participate in collaborative creative projects and our Spring Concert, further expanding their versatility and performance experience.
